Cotton seersucker has a light cream coloured background and is covered in a blue toned plaid design. It has a linen like texture. It has a beautiful puckered texture making it ideal for statement sleeves. It would be perfect for sewing yourself a blouse or dress, such as, the Mabel by Tilly and the Buttons or the Wren by Chalk and Notch.
